Does anyone more think that is more easy to say what you feel instead of showing it?

I was talking today with a friend, i have a serious trouble with body conctact with other people, when they try hug me or try to kiss me, i just move as far as i can, to try to avoid, sometimes they stop and dont do it, but others maintain his firts purpose and give me the hug and kiss anyway.

So i was talking to a friend, what are kiss for?

He said to show that you feel something for someone, friend love, girlfriend love, family love(apologize this meanings but i dont really know what love is, and how to describe it, so im just going to use this meanings to explain my point).

So i told them, so what is the point of kissing somene, if you give a friend(female) a friend kiss maybe she will get confused, and think you give her a girlfriend kiss, despite giving that kiss in her cheek or in her mouth, couples kiss themselves in the cheek to.

is it not more easy to say "i appreciate you" or "i love you", instead of that, it would be less confusing, and they will really know what are your feelings for them.

Or im i the only one that think this way, i know i have problems with contact but im prepared to do it in the proper time when i get a girlfriend.
