You are an awesome dude! This site is such a wonderful resource for odd-balls like me and so many others.

Thank you Alex for brining us all together. For those days when I'm down and alone and feeling misunderstood there is WP, a place where I can find my many dopplegangers from all over the world. We share, we learn and we ask for help. I wouldn't know as much as I do about the autistic spectrum without WP.

As far as I know he created this place purely as a way to advertise his own highly narcissistic self.

but I might be wrong, this is coming from some people who knew him IRL.

It's hard to tell what is narcissic or not when you do something social. Of course we like to have congratulations when we do good things.

If this is true, at least he has done something real and important to be narcissistic about!
More than I can say for most narcissists...

Plenty of people who are not narcissistic advertise themselves. Pretty much everyone that does anything that's successful gets some criticism for it. It's nothing new, and best dismissed IMHO.

If you stick your neck out there, someone is bound to try to chop at it, but if you don't, you get nowhere in life.

If you aren't being criticized at all, you probably aren't doing a whole lot.
