how do I human?

I am new to this forum but I don't know if anyone else can sympathize or empathize with me but sometimes I feel like I don't want to be human. Or that I'm not human at all and I feel a little bit like an......alien? a robot? I don't know how I feel.

Hello and welcome to WP.

The thing to remember is that there is a good chance that you are probably human so don't worry too much about that.

Sometimes I feel like I'm not a real person or that I or the world don't exist for real. Usually only if something confuses me so much that I can't work it out. Maybe not quite the same thing though.

I didnt know that "human" was a verb! Lol!

But in a sense aspies/auties are foreigners in NT (ie "human") society. And do need translators and tour guides.
