Could be inattentive ADD( ADHD-I). Its can do the same damage to ones social skills.

Yeah I have social anxiety disorder and thought that was my problem for most my life
till May of this year when I found out about aspergers. I'm 100 % sure I have ADHD-I
and social anxiety disorder and some traits that put me on the autism spectrum.
I have comorbit dsylexia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia, depression(though I seem to be doing
fine on generic prozac), hypothyroidism, nearsighted and involuntary celibacy.
