It might help a bit thanks but there are some noises that I can't predict as I live near a busy road with retail outlets on it, so there are sometimes a few random noises that I can't target. There are some that I can target though and something is better than nothing thanks.

Triple glazed soundproof windows & sound proof the hole room ?

( or you can have 2 double glazed ones with a greater air gap, says got better sound proofing says it's cheaper, just they normally have triple glazed near a supermarket "busy area", or does it have old windows ) If you can fit 2 that is.
