( I am currently stim deprived because someone is upstairs and thus I cannot go into the office and stim by spinning in the chair. This is pissing me off, but I am composed.)

Does anyone else find that stimming helps control angry emotions? Anyone find that when they cannot stim they get rather irritable? I know if I don't stim I wind up wanting to falcon punch someone.

There is a young (6 years old) boy I know who is an Aspie and has anger issues. He does not stim. I wonder if he will do better if he stims. What do you think?

I don't know about the kid's issues, but I suggest you come up with an alternative form of stimming that you can use anywhere. It should preferably be something that won't look too weird to other people.

I don't know if stimming would help the kid but it definitely helps calm me down.

For me stimming seems to help control almost any intense emotion, from extreme happiness to extreme anger and anxiety. Of course if for whatever reason I can't do one stim I'll think of another one i can do.
