Hey everyone!

Has anyone else here a rebounder? It just makes me feel soooooooooo much better and I spend hours and hours on it. To me it feels somewhat similar to swinging (which I also do A LOT). However, as I tend to jump up and down whenever I'm excited or nervous (stimming?), I wonder whether a rebounder can be seen as some kind of stimming tool?

If you have not tried it since you were little, you might want to consider it. It is good for your health and it really calms one down and releases a lot of tension. :D

A rebounder is a trampoline? Those are fun! I don't have one anymore, but I would totally be on it for hours and hours if I did. My mom doesn't like them because she doesn't want me or my brother to fall off and break our bones.

I have a small fear of bouncing off the rebounder and landing on the hard hard ground. I still love jumping on them though. And swinging too. I love swinging. I have a small fear of the swing connector thingies snapping when I'm forward up on the seat.
