I'm looking to get a weighted vest for myself since I can't wear my winter coat anymore (used it for comfort). So I was wandering if a weighted vest made more for sports would work or if it would be better to get one made specifically for autism. Thanks. :D

See if you can find "compression t-shirts" at a sports store. It might do just what you want, and be a lot lighter and cheaper as well.

Well cheaper is what I want but I think a heavy thing like my winter coat is what i need because it's like 80 where I live ATM and i'm wearing a winter coat meant to use in harsh weather conditions i think .

So if there's a cheaper way that also is about the same as a heavy winter coat in weight than that's what I'd get
