Already mentioned but Dr. Temprance Brennan from Bones is the first character I think of. I think a distinction needs to be made between character's that are just nerdy or weird and ones that are likely autistic.

For a new proposal: Edward Markham "The Mole" from Fringe. Antisocial, obsessed with his books.

Gregor Samsa from Franz Kafka's classic The Metamorphosis.

In fact, people have speculated that Kafka may have been on the spectrum himself.

No, she’s out of touch with society due to having been locked in a bunker for 15 years. Any NT would be, in her place.

It seems as though the other girls from the bunker adapted to the outside world pretty much seamlessly compared to Kimmy.
I think she has autism because she has a wild imagination, skewed perception of reality, is over-sensitive and unaware of herself. If she was taken away when she was a teenager then she would have developed that desire to conform and not stand out long before she was held captive in a bunker. This is just the start of my argument, but I also don't much feel like continuing to defend my opinion on the matter.

Seamlessly? Did you not see the episode where Cyndee talks about smashing up a Kia Sorrento? Or the one where she marries a gay guy? And what about Gretchen joining a cult and refusing to leave it? Compared to them, Kimmy's a smashing success.

Maybe Garcia Flynn from NBC's "Timeless"? He seems very emotional, and socially awkward, particularly in the episode "Space Race".

Bran Stark on Game of Thrones is a character I relate to some. Someone doing a recap of the final episode referred to him as someone who can't hold an actual conversation which applies to me.

Adrian Monk, who was clearly OCD, had a brother in one episode with pronounced Asperger syndrome traits.
