I have aspergers and was diagnosed I think back in middle school when i was hospitalized in a mental hospital they did a mri scan of my head. I didn't find out I had aspergers syndrome/autism spectrum until I was 21 when my mom took me to the disability office to apply for disability. From what I've experienced I hate other aspies in person. Even though they don't say they have aspergers I'm pretty sure they do have aspergers. I don't like other aspies vibes when I'm around them or its just the way they move that really annoys me. does anyone else have the same issue with other aspies? I don't mind reading online posts with what they have to say but being around other aspies I just hate and don't and can't talk to them I'm not trying to be mean but that is just how I am with my aspergers. with my aspergers I have plenty of addictions and extreme computer usage for days on end and with plenty of sleep disorders sleeping 24+ hours a day I'm obsessed with sleeping.

I've known one aspie in real life who also found other aspies annoying when he was around them and I knew one online who also said the same. I have held a grudge with one of them for years which was my aspie mate I had in my teens. I have found some online annoying but it was because of their personalities or the way they are. I know I am annoying lol because my husband admits it. He says he signed up for it when we met because he already knew and he still chose to stay.

Well my ex's were annoying and one of them was aspie so I guess I knew one annoying aspie in real life. My first ex was annoying too and he had aspie traits I believe.

I can't tell in real life who has AS and who doesn't. It be silly to label anyone with it over anything because even NTs can have personality traits that are common in AS or have the same skills as an aspie or the same stereotypes or also miss the big picture or are rigid. I just refuse to label anyone with AS over a few traits or characteristics. Someone tells me they have social issues and people don't always like their humor because it's not always appropriate and they also say they don't like change when it happens and also the fact this person was always laving something behind in my apartment. So my husband and I always had to help her pack up her things and make sure she had everything. Did she have AS I dunno. I can't say she has it or not because I don't know that much about her and no way was I going to start asking her tons of questions about AS traits making it look like I am not talking about it because I don't mention the name. But she seemed normal and I wouldn't have guess if she didn't say these things about herself.

One of my friends has aspergers and I found them extremely annoying when I first met them. I could hardly stand to be around them. They had terrible posture and walked sort of hunched over, they were always being depressed and complaining avout their life, and they would never do any work at school. Overall I found them really pathetic and annoying.
Over afew years though, I have grown to be friends with them because they are the only person I feel comfortable around because I don't feel pressured to say the right things or act 'normal' around them because they are so lame themselves.

It can be frustrating hanging around aspies in real life, but if you stay around them long enough you'll find that they are really nice, accepting people. With time you just learn to ignore their idiosyncrasies that annoy you.

I'm pretty sure this kid at my work has aspergers he can talk fine he has severe adhd but his motor skills suck when he moves to turn around it looks like hes about to fall down drunk and then rebalanced himself and does odd twists and turn that is not normal if hes just trying to be cool Idk but i can't be around him. we all so had this other kid at our work named munch that had aspergers i hated him couldn't even talk to him at all. All he was obsessed or talk about was video games and systems it sounded like he just made up a conversation of what ever he just read online for the day and had someone else help him continue the article conversation he was talking about like he couldn't even make up his own conversation just repeats what was in an article.
