Normally I am diagnosed with asperger syndrome, but then it gets a little more complicated than that.

Whenever certain things go in my thoughts, I start acting in a way where people look at me in a suspicious way if it was done in public.
Something seems to be taking me over when it comes to doing something like that to a point where I don't even notice when thinking about something. This acting has something to do with either putting hands together or curling a hand in to a fist, as hard as possible, something about the excess use of muscles. Other than that, it's really hard to explain.

I try to control it but it doesn't seem to work very well, but I want to get rid of it so sometimes in the future I can assimilate myself in the mainstream society, without my parents. I am a fairly talented person when it comes to computer artwork related creativity, and would like to get a career doing that sometimes in the future.

So my main question is, is this also ADHD, or something else?

This sounds like 'stimming' to me, which is part of AS. It means 'self stimulation' and it's a physical thing that you do without realising you are doing it. Different people do different things - for example I rock back and forwards and I wring my hands and sometimes I clap. If I concentrate a lot I can suppress these things for short periods but if I am tired or stressed then I can't. You could maybe try carrying things with you when you are in public (like a magazine, or keeping your mobile phone in your hand). That way you could clench your fist around it and it might not look so noticeable.

Sometimes our thoughts can deceive us. I'm not saying this is the case with you but from my own experience I have found that what I was thinking that other people were thinking was completely off base. I know its hard to try to think "logically" in a difficult situation. I usually end up talking to "myself" and become really squirrely in a public environment and it's quite taxing but I survive it.
