hey brahs and sisters.
i girl in my customer service class said i seem full of hate and rage all the time, well i get angry doesnt all of us. but the thing is i think i have a right to when i been shot at before. i mean come on i think all of us get angry for different reasons but i mean does anyone get angery easily.

I'm generally passive, and it takes a an effort to verbally get me angry.

It's hard to make me angry. And the anger usually fades very fast.

I am very calm. If I do get mad, I get over it fast too. I used to deal with drunks, fights, gang members. I was calm and collected before that, but now I really am.

If something upsets me, I count my fingers, toes and limbs, look for blood on myself, consider the health of my family, and lastly ask myself If I've done anything the police wouldnt like. If the Answers are all positive, I have no reason to be upset. None.

Fire me, call me names, steal my vehicle(Its happened!) None of it matters. It can be solved, and is not worth having a fit over.

Its really very simple.

Yes I am rather irritable, someone was using methylated spirits today, the odour makes me feel really ill, I got angry un-necessarily.

Meths is one of the most horrible smells ever! I used to have almost a phobia of it as a child.

Don't get angry easily at all, I usually don't have the hate. howeve I don't like outright aggression; if someone gives me the roadrage, I will follow their ass.

Usually, I'm fairly calm. But there are a select group of people in my life (they know who they are... >.>) who can spark me off like a raging bull

Extreme ignorance for the most common of tasks can tick me off too.. ("Whadda mean you don't know how to open Internet Explorer? It's right there on the desktop!")

Ignorence + hostility from other people make me angry.

I believe that ignorence perpetuates hate and anger towards others.
