It was not a good week, as my executive functions are bad and I almost did not take in any food and did not do any shoppings. I ate only a tiny bit of fruit and some cookies which have been left in the appartment, but I cannot feel being hungry, but still I start feeling very dizzy, which make things worse. I got a little job doing translations from the pc, but I didn't manage to concentrate on it and failed doing it, but I still have three weeks to do the amount of work. I did not do any laundry and did not leave the house. And I am too busy with special interest and if noone is directing me, I dissolve completely into that. I think too much in pictures and too much in details of pictures and they go from association to association all day long and I have the feeling, that this is very much impairing my executive functioning.
Are you thinking in pictures and have
a) good executive functioning
b) bad executive functioning

Are you thinking verbally and have
c) good executive functioning
d) bad executive functioning

How to improve that?

I would be E); thinks in pictures, auditory sensations, other senses, and, mostly, verbally, with executive function that is neither great nor horrible.

Perhaps you can use your devotion to your special interest as a determination to execute necessities; i.e. In order for me to focus on [special interest], I need to be mentally alert, which means that I need to eat; in order to eat, I need to go shopping; in order to purchase food and other necessities for special interest, I need to make money, which means that I need to perform this job; ect. Think of everything else that you need to do as a means of achieving whatever it is that you hope to accomplish with your special interest. If you are the video gaming sort, perhaps you can turn life into a bit of a game--you earn "points" for accomplishing task in the "real world" that can be "spent" on things, including time and space, related to your special interest.

Thank you for replying.
I try to work something out the way you describe it.
Now I am not alone anymore and I will ask my psychologist to help me in that.
