On May 10th, I went for my second appointment with the psych and he talked to my mum as well as me.

On Friday, I asked where my report was and my parents received a phone call on Tuesday. They were told that apparently, I'm not registered at the GP surgery named on the referral letter. (I booked an appointment on Friday with them) The report had been lost. :x

I phoned them yesterday and they explained that one of the clinic letters had been lost. I am waiting on the report and a copy of these letters. They also had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the conversation my parents had with them on Tuesday.

My diagnosis is "Autistic traits", apparently.

Is that validating/helpful for you?

Having a professional tell me that I was autistic, and later reading her report that included traits I didn't even realize I had was really helpful for me.

Yeah, I guess. At least it'll mean that with my report, I can now prove that I do have a diagnosis.
