When I don't have full concentration or something, I usually end up with lots of associative thoughts like Joey on Friends in this Episode-

Does that have something to do with concentration?
I'm not too sure.

Sounds perfectly normal to me! A cascade of disordered thoughts, words, emotions.
I try not to let those occasions to stress me out too much (difficult) - later when I've thought about it I realize that I'm no stranger than the next stranger

BTW I find trying to watch this show very difficult - too many rapid cuts (bright scene, dark scene, bright scene), too shouty-loud (compressed audio) and that fake audience laughter. Just can't do it.

How do I try to keep my thoughts in order?
I've been suggested meditation?

First of all - I love friends. Second of all - yeah. Every day, when there's too much going on at one time or if I'm getting flustered I begin trying to figure out too many things at once involuntarily and it stresses out my mind so I melt down about 100% of the time.

So its a factor of stress, some verbal problems, confidence ,concentration and how content is presented.

Oh, I think I've found my problems then ^_^
