someone mentioned this in another thread and i tried posting ten emotions. i found it rather hard to do this seeing that i can't identify emotions well. can you post ten emotions?

try not to use other people's already posted emotions! pretend like you're the first poster...except for the first poster ? yeah, that makes sense.

Ok, I'll try but I don't think I'll make it to 10, my emotions are VERY polarised.. (according to 2 doctors baby-like)

* Hatred

* Love

* Happyness

* Ambivalence

* Boredom

* Shame

* Envy

* Excitement

* Fear

* Confidence

Hmmn..

I know I cheated on a few which are slightly different versions of the others, or derivatives of others, or not even emotions at all.

It was quite difficult actually.

This can't be that hard... :?

  • 1 - Happiness
  • 2 - Sadness
  • 3 - Anger
  • 4 - Loneliness (does this count? Or is it part of sadness? Guess it depends on what's causing the sadness...)
  • 5 - Pity
  • 6 - Fearfulness
  • 7 - Fearlessness (does this and the last one count?)
  • 8 - Silliness
  • 9 - Elation
  • 10 - Serenity

Wow... such ambiguous meaning to those terms, half of them I'm not sure really "count"... what exactly did you mean by "emotions", though, tinky? I don't feel as though I've done this right as it's like I just added "-ness" to a bunch of words describing states of being... :?

I love being a liberal arts-type major and sci-fi/fantasy fanatic.

Lemme think, now... happy, sad, angry, bored, randy, intimidated, edgy, calm, alert, perky.

And I could go on. Although admittedly only the first 5 came right off the top of my head.

Content, frustrated, outraged, giddy, sad, ecstatic, confused (I think this is definitely an emotion), panic, anxious, fond.

My emotions cycle around content, anxious, frustrated, giddy, and confused. So I feel more of a spectrum of "happiness" and "fear" most times.

I can think of:

1. Happiness

2. Rage

3. Frustration

4. Confusion (is it an emotion?)

That's as much as I get together form the spot.

About the following emotions I had to think a lot:

5. Boredom

6. Indifference

7. Caring for somebody deeply

I will now pretend that 7 Emotions are what was asked, as I can't come up with the remaining three. This is hard!

I'm assuming that's in order of importance/frequency for the poster? :lol:

It's just the order I thought of them in. Anger first. Then hatred. Then despair. Then sadness, fear, desire, boredom contentment, frustration, and love.
