More autistic than before I lost my voice?? Can this happen?

As some of you may have seen my post from last Feb that I had some seizures and now 100% non-verbal. (Can not talk at all.)
It did come back for like 3 days and poof it go's in the night. It is not at all trying to come back.

I now have people saying that I seem more autistic then before in a big way.
There saying that it that I am very out of it more and in my own world a lot more then before and that I seem very lost.
I am not seeing this. I still get out and do what I need to do just like I did before I lost my voice.
Yes I have to use a pen and note pad to talk to people But I thank that I am doing OK.
But I do not thank that I am more in my own world then before. Maybe it is that I can not see it. so I do not know this is happening .
Can this happen to some one with Autism if they have lost there voice this long?

I imagine this could happen to anyone who suddenly had to struggle significantly more to have a casual conversation, especially someone with autism who had trouble conversing to begin with.

I lost my voice once for two weeks, but this was because of an anxiety attac with an overload.

I think it looks a lot more autistic when you have to write everything down and can't talk.
Communication is VERY important for NTs.
