funny things in everyday live (a cup of sensory oveload)

In the past, when I drank green tea I had always this funny feeling.
After I found out I had asperger I found it out what this felling is; I loooove green tea but when I drink it I get sensory overloads (the smell,the taste,the way I always get to burn my hands on the tea pot or the candles that warm it ) ..., maybe I`m masochistic or something.
Do you have/had similar situations?

Yeah I do that as well (but I prefer sweet red tea out on the back porch during a light fall rain) I think so long as the sensory overload is self-inflicted it kinda has a different effect.. kinda makes you drunk-feeling? Or maybe its just the tea

Do not need drugs (I tried, its like a sensory overload ,too boring.Kids don`t try), have tea.

That happens to me, when I drink coffee.

i shouldn't drink coffee. it makes me go NUTS!! ! i shouldnt have energy drinks either(if i come to school drinking one everyone runs for cover!! ! )

When i smeel certain things, I get a kind of euphora from it, like my cat's fur! I love her so much, and had her for 17 years it brings a sort of comfort to me.

I like rubbing my cat's belly because it makes her purr, and it tickles.

Being in short sleeves and shorts, outside on a windy day, has that effect on me.
