You have this too? Do you have any "lift up" methods that stop the numbness or you just let the numbness go on its own?
The trick is to couch people around you to let you know more than 24 hours in advance. That will help alot. Unexpected changes in our plans, even if the plan is to sit at home watching the wall, is usually very painful for spectrumites.
