Anyone have any experience with these brain alternative meds
Here is the link to amazon page

anyone try any of them?
Looking at the ingredients list for most of them you'd be just as well having a spicy soup starter, a nice streak dinner (with eggs) followed by banana's and icecream for desert. Or even soya bean chilli followed by a banana as most are found in more than sufficient quantities in meat, veg and fruits (banana's are a good potassium source, and a very nice fruit. Although some of the herbal constituents like ginco bilboa are vasal dilators (little like viagra) so might effect the brain but you would be better getting a reputable 'well proportioned dose' from a reputably health food shop/pharmacy as they can also give you advice on drug intereactions and possible side effects (Most of the pharmaceutical products were based on the active ingredients of herbs in a more measured 'safe' dose)
Yeah, you can get the same benefits from a healthy diet. Many of those alternative meds are totally safe because they are also totally inert...

I take Focus Factor daily and it is a big deal. It is basically a multivitamin with an above average dose of a few, particularly brain related, vitamins, alongside other things that seem to help the vitamins work. It can really, really help me focus and think clearly. Given that, with a good deal on amazon, they cost about as much as a normal multivitamin, I have just started taking them every morning.
