As an adult aspie two things trigger me to meltdown, my wife springing "plans" on me last minute (less than 24 hour notice), and dealing mith my aspie child. I am not sure if he melts down and it triggers me to meltdown or if I blow my top first because he is difficult and it triggers him. I think it varies.

Anyone else experience this?

What trigger my meltdowns is adults acting like children as well as so many other things that I have to deal with as an Autistic adult.
