Dog training
Looking at service dog vests
Listening to sound tracks of my favorite movies
Writing
Thinking
Playing piano
Editing videos
Buying classical music on itunes
Taking my service dog in training out to places

Going for a swim in a natural lake or river.
Driving my car when it's quiet on the roads like early morning.
Petting my cat.
Hugging my husband.
Walking for 10 miles or til exhaustion then showering and taking a nap.
People being randomly nice to me for no reason at all.
Twirling my hair and scrolling quickly through the computer screen (like on this forum, wheeee! don't even read just ... uh  )
Hmm... I'm sure there's more, but that's a good start.

:D

Sing and dance along to music I enjoy.
Eat and savour delicious food.
Watch hilarious youtube clips or movies.
Help out others when they're going through something tough.
Hang out with my boyfriend and friends.
Get massaged: this makes me insanely happy.
Go in a hot tub.
Pet my cat (while she`s relaxed and purring) or any other happy cat.
Nap in a huge soft bed with a million pillows.

This misdiagnosis caused me significant stress, which lessened upon finding out the truth about myself from my current and past long-term therapists - that I am an anxious and highly sensitive person but do not have an autism spectrum disorder.

My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.

- Listening to music on Youtube or Ipod

- Watching/listening to anything that Sterling Holloway was in, narrated, or did voices for

- When anything new related to "Cars" or anthro vehicles comes out (you should have seen how happy I was when I heard that Cars 2 was coming out last summer!)

- Going to a shop where there's lots of stuffed animals

- Finding a plushie of one of my favorite cartoon characters

- Eating sweets

- Being with my aunt who understands me better than anyone else

- Going to a buffet restaurant (I only do this maybe once a year, so that makes it okay - Indian and Chinese buffets are my favorites!)

- Looking at the bettas in the fish section of a pet store

- Buying a pint of ice cream and just spacing out in front of my laptop all night

- Long Car rides

- Drawing

What makes me happy and puts me in a happy mood:

My family and adopted family (including my cats)
Walking and Planting
Organizing my room
Fabrics that are a specific texture, and food, especially salty lately, sea salt chips FTW
Any rubber-like substance with a specific texture, like those little hands that stick to things, that will make me extremely happy, slimy but not slimy, is a good bet, hard to describe.
The Office, I never get bored of that.
Video Games Occasionally: Especially The Legend of Zelda, and my 3ds, although occasionally I will play God of War (Which I love), but it is a bit violent for me (to be honest).
My manga (Otomen I am reading now), and recently I got a bunch of copies of the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons Choose your Own Adventures (in very good condition)
Cake, especially cupcakes, custards, I love the texture of custards, coconut.

Taking long drives in my 1963 Ford Thunderbird.

Midcentury modern anything...furniture, art, cars, architecture.

Computers. I work in IT so I spend most of my day hunkered down in front of a monitor. I handle new hardware requests, no feeling like unboxing a new computer. So exhilarating.

Cats, in general. I can't have any pets in my apartment, so I've adopted my best friends two tomcats as my own. They eat better than I do :)

Music. I'll listen to pretty much anything, and tend to jump from style to style. I can go from jazz one week, to death metal and punk the next.

Long walks, especially in fall. I love the feeling of a scarf against my skin in fall, so soothing.
