Psychometric testing - experiences please

If any of you have had this done, I would really like to hear of your experience.

I am having testing done for AS, ADD/ADHD, short term memory, concentration and something else I can't remember.

I had a funny conversation with the intake lady when I made the appointment.

She said "How do you feel about having to concentrate for an hour and a half in the concentration test?"

I said "It sounds positively awful, but one would not have to have a concentration test, if one could concentrate for an hour and a half."

She laughed so hard she dropped the phone. I cannot believe how funny she found that statement. So of course I started laughing and couldn't stop. It was great.

I digress.......thoughts please on the psychometric process, lovely people.

It was exhausting and difficult, but not really a big deal. The tests ranged from utterly simple to infuriating, but there were a few that were actually rather interesting.

Psychometric testing is a familiar part of recruitment process. So every candidate should be prepare for this test that how to face psychometric test. As well as they would be prepare for Interviews.
