...in terms they can understand :D
I'll start things off:
Eye contact!
To an NT male: Imagine trying to maintain eye contact with someone with really big boobs. That's what trying to maintain eye contact is like for us ALL THE TIME! Probably minus the arousal feelings.
To an NT female: Same as above but replace 'someone with really big boobs' with 'someone with a really big package'
Of course these are interchangeable depending on sexuality
Dont take this seriously, im only kidding, and this is definitely NOT what you should say when trying to explain aspie traits!
Your go!
:D

Sensory Overload: Imagine trying to listen to a radio station while three other radio stations are playing at almost the same volume. That's what it's like when I try to talk to someone in a loud area before I'm able to focus.

Food Restrictions: Imagine if someone put garbage on your plate or took your plate into the bathroom while they did their business. Grossed out? Lose you appetite even though you are starving? That's the feeling I get when I try any new food.

Excellent Memory: This can have some benefits, but imagine replaying a traumatic moment in your life from 20 years ago like it was yesterday over and over again. It's nice to say 'forget about it' but that's the problem: I remember everything!

Introversion/Social Anxiety: Imagine being locked up in a maximum security prison with no normal human contact. That's a similar feeling I get when I'm around people (especially in unfamiliar places) too long. Luckily I can usually walk away but as a kid I couldn't and my 'crazy' reactions just made me get worse and worse to the delight of my peers.
