I am asking because it has been happening to me off and on for years, they where especially bad after my stroke in California and I was told they could be a sort of stress seizure but I am not sure sure.

I will recount the one I had yesterday in the car. I was sitting on the passenger seat and I was already upset because I had been around people all day. It was sunny, like real sunny and it started to get warm, not to mention it was around 4 pm and I had not eaten since 2am (not blaming anyone but myself for this i like food but i forget to eat). My limbs got really tight against my body and I was breathing really loud and hard and the rest of the world just kind of melted away and I was left only with the sensation of my muscles being supper tight and my head tilted back hard pressing against the car seat. My roommate was driving and trying to shake me, I could feel that, until it passed and afterwards I was really tired, and sore and we just went home and I crawled in bed and went to sleep.

That is what they have told me. However I went to the ER once and they said it did not seem like it because I knew where I was and who I was when I came out of one while I was there. So they would not see me.
