The one on the left seems tense, possibly camera-shy. The one on the right doesn't seem unhappy, but I'd guess he'd rather be doing something else.

What intrigues me about this photo:

You're looking in different directions. It gave me the distinct impression that two other beings/people/aliens are in the room, one to the right, and one directly behind the camera..

However I love the photo.
