I always get a strange sort of headache after I've had to much interaction with others, having to read peoples faces and understand their language and even when writing emails and such to others. Today we put the kittens out for sale online and we've had a huge response. People have been emailing and calling all day and some have come over to choose a kitten and I'm exhausted and I have this terrible headache.

I recognize the feeling of it because I've had the same "sort" of headache before, it heavy and dull and irritating in a was that's hard to explain properly. I get other types of headaches, like when you are sick or just plainly feel bad, but this is different. My question is if this happens to anybody else.

I''m also pretty much muted, I don't want to speak to others, if I have to I'm blunt and not to nice. I just don't have the energy needed to socialize, not even with my family or actual friends online. Just want to hide and die (not seriously) for a while.

Yep...
I seem to get terrible headaches after 'extended interaction'. The worst part for me is that it stays for a LOOOOOONG time... :/

I retract into my shell until it's gone...

I'm sorry to hear that. At the same time it's good to know it's not only me.
Mine usually stays for some time, longest has been a full week. Usually it retracts after a day or two.
I've hastily explained that I can't talk for a while and I need some time alone...

I get headaches, too, but they occur mostly if I sleep in a strange position, or sleep/eat too little. They also do occur after I've been in stressful situations, but they can happen whether or not the situation involved socializing. For instance, I could get a headache after finishing an exam.

Yeah, I too get many headaches, mostly from stress (which is also frequently caused by social interaction.) There's 101 causes for my headaches...
I find it interesting how the headaches are different depending on the cause. I wonder if it has to do with which part of the brain is causing the headache?

The one described by the OP is one of the worst, personally.

Brain shutdown, yep yep yep. Yours comes with a headache, like the dull ache kind, it sounds like. I sometimes get something like this, like a really heavy head containing a brain that has stopped working. This always happens after too much being around people. I don't really have any other kinds of headaches, just this one. I would take it if my brain still worked during it, but it doesn't, since both are caused by the same thing.

typical tension headache. NT's get them, too, just with different triggers.
