I was debating whether to put this in health or not, but decided on this since it would help everyone, not just the healthy minded among us. I take glutathione, b3, and d (I think I might take one other thing, but can't remember),Those seem to bring down anxiety and depression when I take them. And I see a huge difference when I don't take them. I personally take the MaxGXL brand, which helps with absorption of the glutathione.

I'm glad that this has helped you but I'd just like to say that depression is not a symptom of Asperger's Syndrome.

That's interesting...thanks for the tip. I don't even think I've heard of glutathione before, so I'll have to look it up.

I know it is not a symptom of AS, but it can accompany it, since some situations that arise from it can be depressing.

That is kind of interesting about the seasonal disorder. I live in the northern parts of Michigan, so perhaps the lack of getting out sometimes (due to lack of things to do), and the weather in general is to blame.

I think this is helping you handle some things your AS has helped cause, not the AS itself. However, anything that helps you without drastically bad side-eefects is a good thing!

Sincerely,
Matthew

That is what I mean with the D and such. With the gluatione though, it is typically used for treatment of autism and other brain related things (like Alzheimers and such.) But I agree for the most part.
