Probably a q's asked many times.

Is ASD undiagnosed for girls because of their more feminine nature. Thus going unnoticed. My daughter is only one of three in a school of 1000 students and 40 boys with ASD.

This has been asked many times.

It's purportedly harder to detect it in girls, so there are more out there than you think.
