When your routine is broken, were do you pick it back up at? do you pick it up from right before it was broken and try to catch up to schedule or do you just do the next thing to come up?

Usually where things should be at that moment, and just do that thing I missed tomorrow as scheduled for the day. Otherwise I compromise too much trying to cram which makes it worse.

I do my best to take things in stride, knowing that I can get back into my routine the next day.

That'll usually knock me off the rails for the day. Anxiety spike and probably meltdown to follow. If it's only a small diversion I may be able to get back to normal within a couple hours but that is rare.

How? I dunno.

If it for one day, or a minor change, I won't mind. Anything beyond that and I get infuriated.

I reorganize :o Sometimes i'm very good at coping with it when my routine is broken, sometimes i'm not so good at it, and then i'm easily flammable x_x But i'm really doing my best to improve that because i don't like getting angry :o But usually i can simply just go on about my usual bussiness :)
