Lately, I've had this tendency (partially because of my OCD) to repeat asking certain Qs. I dunno why, but quite a few people find it tiresome, and even I can't stop myself. So, if I do repeat something that I've said here, apologies in advance.

What about you? Do you have this same problem? Discuss.

Sometimes when I am stressed I repeat things over and over again while talking to people. Technically I am NOT OCD though. Sometimes its questions but most of the time I just get stuck on a phrase/ sentence/ word I am saying. My dad is OCD. He is also Asperger's. I know there are aspects of both that look similar. I have anxiety problems and most of my problems are part of that. My autism gets a lot worse under a lot of anxiety. Normally people when they first meet me they wouldn't even notice the autism. Even some doctors! I shake their hand. I mostly understand people's feelings. I socialize. I know I still speak on what's on my mind (very inappropriate things.. bad social skills like an autistic. The other people who have autism in my family (my brother {he's just been diagnosed this year} and my dad) HATE socializing and don't really know how. There was a time that I had a lot worse autism. That was when I was a kid. There was no doubt that I had it. Now usually people who know me notice it (but not when they first meet me) and autism experts (such as my psychologist). I think everyone (maybe except mom) in my family should see a psychologist. Actually more than me even though I have other mental health problems. My brother's controlling people is out of control and same with his arguing. My dad's anger is out of control. He also controls others. My mom is actually the most normal (psychologically) but has many, many other physical diseases and mainly dies a lot but right now she is alive.

I repeat myself a lot. There are times that I tell my friends the same story, twice without thinking about it. There was one day on WP a while back that I've posted something in a thread and I could have sworn that I posted the same thing a day before. I wasn't going to go back and check.

I also repeat the same things a few times when I'm talking to myself. I only do that when I'm alone, though.
