In the past two weeks I have lost my job, office and apartment in Eureka, CA. On the way to new job, office and apartment in Phoenix, AZ, my car broke down, so I sold it, my friend rented a car for the rest of the way.

Then in northern AZ, I stopped by the highway patrol for 2-3miles over the 75 speed limit. They asked about drugs, I told them I had some medical marihuana. They said, fine if that's all you have then no problem. They searched, found nothing, and I was on my way with my medicine!

I had always wondered if they would abide by the medical marihuana law, and they did!

I told them how pleased I was, they shook my hand, and they said good luck!

My experience with cops has been that if you are honest with them they will be fair with you.Glad you had that experience also.

This has also been my experience. It's really all about cooperating and not making them feel threatened.
