Yes I will use the cutesy word. Apparently social awkwardness, naivety and a few other aspie traits seem to be thought of as "cute", and aspies often appear physically younger, which is usually seen as cute. I seem to get called cute a lot. Does anyone else always seem to get called cute a lot, and do aspies tend to be "cute"?

I definitely fit the physically younger looking, naive, childlike innocence in certain, abnormal ways, and such group. I also am smaller (5'2") and female.

People tend to call me cute and be protective of me in a way that they won't for a less childlike person, while still respecting that I'm an adult.

I get "cute" sometimes... not so much for physical appearance but sometims for behavior.

I don't mind the idea. Anything that keeps people from thinking negatively of me is good

I was at a KoRn concert and wore a KoRn shirt, got asked if I really like them and know their songs, and when I said I do, the reply was that it's cute. I thought that was a bit odd. I got a similar response when I went to see Morrissey. And I got a ticket almost for free!

People think I'm 18+/- when I'm 27. I dunno if that's good or bad... but regardless, I do get told I'm cute from time to time, which normally winds up my anxiety quite a bit.

My friend tells me I act like a kid whenever we, for whatever reason, go to the pet store. I obsess over the tropical fish, the birds, the reptiles. I love 'em. I can't help it. :P Anything nature related will do...

I actually got a psychiatrist who seriously referred to me as a teenager when I was discharged from hospital, and psychiatrists have medical records with your personal details, they're supposed to know how old you are!

Cute? No. More often I get robot/psychopath. People also tend to think that I am smart, but they are wrong. I am just more focused on the task at hand and not some social jive that happens to be going on in my life at the time.

Yes, but mostly by old men, or women in general. When I was in highschool, some people would comment on it like it was a random observation, rather than as a compliment. It's odd. I'm perfectly average in appearance, but I behave more like a child than I should, which probably factors heavily into it. Apparently people also say I look and act innocent, which is far from my actual personality and it's a bit of a shock.

Somehow I don't see myself ever being described as cute by anyone, ever

I'm 5'1" (my boyfriend makes me look really tiny!!), I've been told that I look like a 12-year old, I've got a high-pitched voice, and my make-up makes me look almost doll-like...I'm not just cute, I'M FLIPPIN' ADORABLE!! !! x]

My boyfriend's aspie cuteness is a lot different than mine. He's got that cute little "nerdy" look when he dresses nicely, he's 100% Italian (which automatically makes him cute to me), and he looks sooo cute when he wears a flat top with his casual clothes!! :D

Well I do have dimples, which I think are cute on other people so perhaps they are cute on me also.

I've been called cute more often than say "breathtakingly gorgeous."
S'okay I guess

Some of the things I say or do get me called cute. That and I look like a 14 year old boy. I'm 26 and female.

To be fair I am pretty darn cure in my looks and actions.

I have never been referred to as "cute", no. Perhaps it's a term used for wimmin Aspies more than men... because some of them are damn cute. No offence like.

Maybe it depends on one's physical sex? Other than the example of the girl calling her bf cute.
