When I get really super happy I flap my hands for a few seconds. On a really good day I flap 3 or more times. Last week I pulled a muscule in my wrist because I flapped a lot that day. Its werid but I think if there was a place on me that where to feel happy it would be my hands. Any one else feel like this?

I personally don't do this, but I believe this is fairly common among people with AS.

I'll sometimes flap my arms, but under different circumstances. When I'm super happy I'll sometimes jump up and down while spinning. :D

When I was on ADDerall XR and then went off of it due to a severe reaction, I started to meltdown while hand-flapping. My dad was kind of distraught about this. It might've meant I was autistic.

Now, I flap mostly when anxious or happy. It feels like a tic, almost.
