Getting a straight answer for my AS/Autism

Yeah, this has been, like a what, five year search for me, and I have NOT found a straight answer whether I have Aspie's/Autism in that time frame. So my question is, where do I go for such a straight answer/diagnosis? It's like I'm running around in circles here.....

It may be that there is no straight answer. It is, after all, a subjective judgement. Where have you looked so far and what did you determine? You must have evaluated your potential aspie traits for yourself, so what was your conclusion so far?

Have you had a neuropsychological evaluation?

Ya know, I may have, but I can't remember. Where do I get one again?

Check your local Autism support website. They should have recommendations for doctors who perform diagnostic testing. You may have to travel if you're out of the way a bit.

Where can I find these said sites, now?

Google came up with http://www.autismsocietyofwa.org/ perhaps that's a start? Also if you have your own doctor you can request a referral for a neuropsych or check to see if you had one.
