As my father is a single parent, hes finding it difficult to contribute to his job and tending to taking care of his daughter. Occasionally i will have an anxiety attack, meltdown or even simply get sick at school and need to go home, but when i get home, no one is there for me. Not only that i have to make trips to my therapists office twice to three times a month, which he cant always do on his own, i was wondering if anyone here has had home helpers or something like an aid at home to help with me.

Depending on where you live (USA) or not, it's possible you could get a social worker.
This is where the lucky part comes in, as some case workers (social workers) are really awesome and help a lot and will get you to your
appts and organize and really care for you.
Yet others can care less about you and you get lost in a caseload.
I've had both kinds, the top was the best one ever!

So it's worth a shot to see if you can get a case worker/social worker to help at least get you to appts and check in on you.
