You can get those little three feet wide ones that you keep inside in your room.
Honestly, if my kid kept jumping on their bed (after the age of maybe 5 or 6) and did it repeatedly at night even after being told not to, I would go in there and take the bed apart and just give them a mattress on the floor for the time being. Not uncomfortable to sleep on at all, but not at all bouncy. I'd think that your parents will probably eventually do that if you keep this up.
Also, you are keeping them awake. They probably work. Is your fun from jumping on your bed more important than their decent nights rest before they get up and go out to work to earn the money to not only buy things like beds and trampolines, but your computer, internet, food, clothes, etc? Have a little respect for others please.
If you are an older teenager or an adult and you choose to jump on your bed during the daytime when you aren't bothering anyone or keeping them awake, with full knowledge that you might break your bed and that if you do they will not replace it you will just have to deal with a mattress on the floor, then thats one thing. It's an entirely different story to keep them up at night to do it. It's rude, inconsiderate, selfish, and downright unacceptable to do something that isn't neccessary that you know will and does keep someone else up at night. How would you like them to continue doing something that disturbed your sleep or special interest etc, just because "they liked doing it"?
Stop it.
i live in a childens home so it annonys stuff
Whether they are staff or your parents, they are still entitled to respect. If it's keeping them awake and they sleep in staff, then they still need their sleep. Would you like it if they frequently interrupted something you really enjoy or needed by doing something that they just thought was fun?
You have to look at the issue here. Your enjoyment of jumping on your bed versus their decent nights sleep. Which do you think would be more important? You don't need to jump on your bed to be able to function the next day. You simply enjoy it. They need to sleep to be able to do what they have to do properly the next day. Yours is a want, theirs is a need. Human beings need sleep. It's not healthy to be constantly woken up, which they probably are frequently woken if they are staff there, but there is no need to keep them awake just to do something that you can do at another time.
Now if you said they don't like it because it keeps them awake and they are sleeping on the job when they aren't supposed to be sleeping, maybe supposed to be sitting awake at a desk or something, and you were being facetious about them sleeping when they weren't supposed to, I'd say to let someone know about them falling asleep at work. However if they are meant to sleep there, then don't make their job and next day any harder than it already may be by keeping them up at night.
I don't know how often you do this or how much it keeps them awake, but you may want to Google sleep deprivation and see what health and performance and mental consequences they could have because their sleep keeps getting interrupted.
The bottom line is that it's rude to keep someone awake without a true need.
Again, let me ask you this. Which do you think is more important? Your desire to jump on your bed and your enjoyment of it, or their need for a nights sleep and their performance the next day?
