Do they do national support as i am just seeing San Francisco in there, which i don't have the means to get to?

I should have said this earlier. You should contact them because I'm fairly certain (not 100%) that the contracts they take for QA and programming do not require you to be at their location. Contact them and ask if you can work from home or if they have partners in your area. I think the answer will be yes.
