Any bang on the head if you vomit you need to get checked out.

Stop wasting your time online and get yourself to a hospital.

Are you in the UK? If so you should go to your nearest Accident and Emergency, or the equivalent in your country. You can simply say that you fell over, if you want to. It is much better to be safe than sorry at times like this.

If there's no one with you, then get medical attention. If there's someone with you, just get them to monitor you.

Agree with the others. Get immediate medical attention. If it turns out to be not related that you threw up then that's fine, but you don't know until it's checked.

It may turn out you were sick from anxiety or like you say from the tablet on an empty stomach, but don't take any chances.

There have been cases of even small bumps ending up fatal, not trying to worry you but early medical intervention is vital.

Agree with the others - please don't ignore a head injury. I've had a lot of experience with this and best safe than sorry.

Are you experiencing any drowsiness?
