Good news everyone the bullies that were harrassing me and making fun of me did a runner and up and left the unit complex I am in, they dumped all their belongings in the rubbish bin area till it overflowed out the rubbish bin doors and left cleaning products and childrens toys dumped everywhere in the units Im in. Its finally quiet and I can now sit out the back and read without being harrassed and walk out the front without being laughed at told I'm a crazy or loopy.

Although I don't think the rubbish bin overflowing is good but noisy people moving out is good.
