I have noticed a pattern. A LOT of people here said that one or more parents showed autistic or AS symptoms. Maybe polls should query on that.
It occurs to me that AS might be DOMINANT! If it was dominant, and there was one parent, there would only be a 50/50 chance of the kid having those symptoms. ALSO, since it was originally rare, and there is less mating between AS people, it would figure it would APPEAR recessive. It is like blood type, in a way. I have one of the most rare blood types, and there is a 50% chance of my having a (A or B), or AB child. Also, any A person marrying a B or AB has almost a 50-100% chance of having an AB child.
Yet AB and B remain a very small part of the population just because of mating choices, and original percentages.
