I was wondering if anyone here has trouble starting and finishing certain tasks that you are assigned/have to do? If so, what are some skills/methods that I can use to cope with these?

Do you find that this problem gets worse if you have MANY different things to do? When multitasking, how many different tasks can you handle??

Yes, I have trouble getting motivated to do things. And, yes, I often leave projects unfinished.

My dad used to yell at me cause I would take a very long time to do things like construction work around the house...I always wanted to explain to him that my mind wandered easily/ I was lost in my thoughts and my executive functioning was very poor. Also I have been fired from jobs for working to slow, now I have a job that isn't dependant on efficiency so much.
