WP server crashing is bad for Aspies....

I dont know if this will even get through and I am going to keep it short,since I keep losing my posts due to server crashing.

This is driving me nuts.Several times,I have responded to postes and then go sto submit and then get sent to ....can not find server page...I use to be able to just push back arrow and wait for server to come back but I think Windows did some funky update and it wont let me go "back" anymore.This is making me feel like banging my head.I need this place.It is my only socialization>I need people to know that I read their posts and care enough to respond....but I type long message and then lose it and it's driving me nuts....

other ranters......argggggg?

At a different forum we noticed that IE "lost" forms just as you described. Opera is good with forms - I've never had that trouble. Firefox "lost" forms too, but I haven't tried with the new version.

I type a long message in the word processor first, then save it and paste it in the forum.

I use Opera 9.02 and hate to use Firefox or IE!

I have this problem too....I make sure I copy my text and then if it crashes, I go to the main WP page and go through again. And there was me thinking it ewas my dad;s computer.

same problem here, accept wit my situation i just do is click on a forum or even a thread and it will take soo long to load the page that comes back is ie or this page cannot be displayed. its been going on since the beginning of his new server thing, and also another problem too, i know many of you have told me, but i perfer using the chat through wrongplanet, seems im stuck on the 2 chatrooms he has in there on autojoin, i cant even go to another room more less another server!! alex i hope this gets fixed soon, since i do love this site and perfer to chat using the portal then useing irc.freenode.com java client

i dont mean to be mean but if there was a problem in chat in past with 1 or a few people why is everyone getting punished?? not trying to question anyones autharity but i find it odd that i didnt find out about the blocking and things until too late.

Don't be concerned about questioning authority around here. I'll message or pm alex and bring this thread to his attention. He doesn't get out much you know. :wink:
