Does anyone know of any good books that help in the facilitation of communication between those on the spectrum and neurotypicals? I'm finding difficulty in explaining some things to people I know, friends, co-workers, etc.

Finding a non-judgemental NT can help with communication--you can mess up a lot and they'll stick around.

There are a lot of books about AS - just go to your library, read a few, and pick whichever one most fits what you want to tell them.
