What's funny is I remember when I was younger I never liked eye contact, yet now I will just blankly stare people in the eye making me look creepy. It's weird.

Never really thought about this... But I don't think so. Looking into eyes does not fall naturally for me.

It doesn't feel right, like peering into someone's mind and invading their thoughts.

For the sole-purpose of introspection, I stare closely to the mirror quite frequently.

When it's just me, it's not as if there were someone else there. There's no reason to feel nervous. I also have problems in my eyes often, discomfort of some sort mostly. So I have to look in the eye, usually the white part of the eye, not the iris/pupil part.

No, I don't tend to but if I do it's to fix something or check something.

No. Closest I get is checking out my eyes (like checking if the sclera is reddish, as I have had problems with eye infections at times).

Hell no. I used to have no problem with this as a child, though I was never really fond of my reflection, but it's strangely gotten worse in adolescence and adult life. Now, I actively avoid looking at my face in the mirror. Then how do I clean myself, you may ask? Pure intuition :P . Nah, when I shave I obviously have to use a mirror, but I use a hand-held mirror that's pretty much aimed at one side of my chin at a time, so, I don't get the full-on reflection of my face staring back at me like so: 8O

I can't look people in the eye in real life, and thinking about this question, that is also the case with a mirror. I just look at the periphery of my face, like checking that i have shaved correctly or straightening my hair.

No, not usually, because I'm not particularly interested in them.

I don't know if I do it regularly, but I know that I can. It's not the same as looking at other people in the eyes, for me.

I used to stare at all parts of my face in the mirror and try to arrange them just so in an attempt to copy the expressions I saw on other people, and I remember trying to make myself feel certain things at will in secondary school because I wanted to know what my face looked like for different feelings.
