Today i had a big meltdown, i couldn't even stay in the school. i was extremely scared for some reason, nothing happened at all i was just jumpy and i couldn't trust anyone, i ended up breaking down in tears and hyperventilating, This is an Anxiety attack i know but i think it was caused by the new schedule, especially because every class i have is so different, what do you suggest i do so i can go to school monday without breaking down

This reads to me as a physical problem.

Get good rest this weekend; at least 8 hrs sleep each night. Don't eat a lot of sugar this weekend. Treat yourself as if you are healing from an illness; eating healthy pure foods. Get some mild, easy exercise. Sunday night, go to bed early and get up early on Monday morning. You may discover a whole new relaxed you.

It's interesting how aspies despise sudden schedule changes. Last year, out of the blue, they changed the workers' schedule where I worked. I bounced off the walls for a few minutes then wrote my letter of resignation. It's the strangest thing but I guess we just aren't built to deal with them.
