urine & stool testing/HELP : how to get sample????

We need urine and 2 stool samples to get some tests run for my AS daughter. We have gone through 10 days with no supplements and now its time to collect samples.
Her anxiety is preventing her and so far nothing has worked! She is in panic/meltdown mode. Says that she cannot go to bathroom in anything other than regular toilet with water.

Any ideas?? Help!!

My idea:

Buy disposable shallow plastic containers that can fit into the toilet bowl yet cover the water as much as possible. That way she can sit on the toilet as usual but the sample will go into the container rather than the water.
