call me crazy if you will but dont you guys think we are all from another planet after all htis message board is called wrong planet. Perhaps we come from the planet zeist or the planet vega or orion? who knows. Maybe all us asperger people are aliens sent down to earth reencarnated as humans. What do you think? Im skeptical perhaps Einstein was really an Alien :P or bill gates is from Zeist. Maybe we were sent down to change the world save it from the evil. But i belive we are not originally human butt we are something much superior than human we are more human than human as freddie mercury said " I Am Immortal I Have Inside Me Blood Of Kings , I Have No Rival No Man Can Be My Equal" Born To Be Kings Princes Of The Universe"

Anthropologists from another planet?

Remember to be respectful of the indigenous.

There is no doubt we are from out of space. Everything in this dimension is made of stardust.

(I believe souls and spiritual energy are of this universe but on another plane of existance.)

But to be honest.. I think AS is a genetic mutation that can happen to to people (on the X chromosone) and can be passed down the family and come out as the genes are expressed, or not if they aren't.

OKay, as pointed out above. yeah, our atoms have done the cosmic tour. Furthermore, there's a theory that's gaining ground that suggests that ALL life on earth was seeded from an extra terrestrial source-- basically the idea goes that earth was exposed to microbes or even just a rudimentary bit of pre-DNA, and it goes from there.

However...

Get over yourself. We're not superheroes, immortals, aliens, or X-Men. And you insult all Highlander fans by even referencing Zeist.

There should have been only one.

I wouldn't have said it the same way, but hale_bopp is right. Also, catalyst is.

I CAN see autism as being some attempt to get to the next evolutionary level, and AS people are just lucky in that they are more viable. Maybe those born with LESS POTENTIAL just end up being better because so much more of that potential is actually usable.

It has always been my contention that with macroevolution there must be accomodating mutations to allow some mutations to survive and/or propagate. Autism appears to be a great example. Maybe this will become painfully obvious when the accomodating mutations take place. Who knows if that will even happen, let alone when though?

BTW I think this i what krex refers to in the location field saying "village of the damned". At least one version has the kids as the next evolutionary step. And THEY don't fit in with others EITHER!

When I was in grade school....I did believe that I came from a planet called krexafax.
My soul partner was called "exaviar" and looked like a cross between Spock and the kid from The Jungle Book(Magwa?)......I think this was just my way of trying to make sense of a world that seemed so alian to me.You can call it a fantasy but I really did believe it.
I waited for years for my "people" to bring me home(Could also be because I wa adopted and missed my bio family).Whatever the psychological cause for my "delusion" it served a function....a ray of hope that I fit in some where and that there were others that were like me.I didnt think we were superior.....just different.I dont posses any super powers, that I am aware of.Oddly,I found out my bio father also believed our family was "alien" and I couldnt have been influenced by this as a kid,as I was only 2 when the family dissolved.(I met them again 30 years later).

There are other people who believe that aliens landed and bred(or used invetro tech)to create hybrids.I cant disapprove this and it is fun to think about.Whatever the catalyst of our genetic difference,we are here now.I scan the skys but no one appears to be coming to pick me up.I am trying to "make lemons into lemonaid" by creating a "nest" of comforts....boyfriend,collections,animal friends.I learned the hard way, that holding a constant disdain for this planet and it's inhabitant created a miserable cognitive mind-set for me.It made me consider suicide as a method of terminating this alien experiment to return to my own planet. That was a slippery slope. Now,I have tried making piece and just enjoying the pleasure that this planet offers.Nature can be very pretty and I love my animals and many books and art that humans have written.

I once wondered this myself a few years back. I didn't know about AS at the time though.

I once told my friend I was chatting with online that I thought I was an alien. I probably scared her.

Yeah we(our matter) came from a place in space about 15 billion light years away about 15 billion years ago. Did evolution get seeded on earth from another world?
Its possible. But ounce a simple chemical that self-replicate gets going you get us in
a few billion years anyway.

Someone who I used to be friends with once told me that when she first saw me she thought that I was an alien.

I brought this up about a year ago and was laughed at - merrily. :) My husband is sure I come from another planet - and he means it in a complimentary way.

I wonder if you bring this up now because of Art Bell. For a couple of nights this past week he was talking about Autism and how it may be from aliens and how humans and aliens have mixed and this is the first sign of the next level of evolution.

Actually I didn't get to hear the whole thing and plan to go on his website and hear it all.

Interesting.... You have to admit....

Another interesting book I saw recently was called "Indigo Kids" I haven't read it but the cover said we are now witnessing evolution in action as each year the kids get smarter and show us amazing things they never used to be able to do.
