Apparently it's common for autistic people to have flat feet. I certainly have. I've just bought some orthotics (foot supporting insole thingies) to go in my trainers. They feel a bit weird but correct not just my feet but my whole posture!

Do you have flat feet?

I have flat feet I spent years as a kid wearing expensive insoles but it didnt help much
in the end the cost was to much for the non benifit I was getting and I stoped wearing them at about 12.
I do tend to trip and fall more than the adverage person
