Is a photographic memory a common thing that goes along with Asperger's?
I can vividly remember things from when I was a baby, crawling around. The living room I was crawling in had a ratty green carpet and beige couches. In a corner there was a pile of Mega Bloks that were built into a castle, my mom probably did it. This was before my brother was born, and we are about a year apart, and it was before I could walk...
When I see a picture of me as a young child, I can vividly recall the events that were happening when that picture was taken.
Also, a bit unrelated, but I could read cursive when I was two, almost three. Or atleast recognize my name.
And along with my memory, I can memorize facts without realizing it, and relay it to near perfection in tests and quizzes. I've memorized many symptoms of plenty medical ailments and syndromes as a hobby within the last month. I can remember stuff from a first aid manual that I last read when I was eight.
